WHAT IS GRAND TERRACE COMMUNITY TELEVISION?
OVERVIEW
The City of Grand Terrace maintains the Grand Terrace Channel 3 to provide the Community with updated information of current and past events as well as safety information through its regular programming.
PUBLIC, EDUCATION AND GOVERNMENT (P.E.G.) ACCESS TELEVISION
The City's Cable Television Division is responsible for the regulatory oversight of the City's Public, Education and Government (PEG) Access Program in the City of Grand Terrace. The City of Grand Terrace also provides management, operation, maintenance and support services for the City of Grand Terrace's Government Access channel, Grand Terrace Cable Television Channel 3.
GOVERNMENT ACCESS - GTTV Channel 3
Programming on Channel 3 consist of Live City Council Meetings, edited coverage of special events, a weekly electronic bulletin board featuring public service and event announcements, as well as community related programming produced by other government agencies.
FACILITIES
The City maintains video production facilities including a remote controlled multicamera TV Production Control Room in City Hall to provide live coverage of the City Council Meetings and other legislative body meetings designated for television coverage.
